Why Is My Vagina Vibrating
Infection or normal: Increased blood flow, stimulation, irritation, infection. These are all possibilities. Consider an exam with your ob/gyn.
Muscle twitching: May be normal in any part of the body including vagina. Please see a gynecologist for full local examination
For the past 3 days maybe its been this weird feeling like my vagina is vibrating like small buzz feeling it will buzz pause buzz?
Need exam: With what you are describing, best to see doctor for evaluation. Any recent sex or self stimulation where perhaps something was left inside your vagina? You would be amazed at what I have found on exam in the past. Best of luck with this. Dr R
Tube to the uterus: The vagina is tube that connects the vulva (the outer part of the female genitals) to the uterus, or womb. It is between the urethra (where urine comes out) and the anus (where bowel movements come out). When someone talks about a woman having sex, they are often referring to penetration (with a penis, finger, or sex toy) of the vagina.See 2 more doctor answers
Needs an evaluation: A vaginal discharge is anything coming from the vagina that is more than the scant amount of normal mucous that healthy women have. A discharge that has odor is usually an infection with germs such as bacteria, trichomonas, gonorrhea or chlamydia (discharge gets worse as infection gets worse). A woman with a discharge should see her doctor for an exam & medication. Avoid sex until after treatment.
Yeast likely: The most common cause of vaginal itching is a yeast infection. There are many different over the counter yeast medications available and it would be reasonable to try this first. If it gets better then that is what it is. If it does not get better then you will need to see your obgyn to determine the cause.
May be infection: Infection, particularly bacterial vaginosis, is the most common cause of foul-smelling vaginal discharge. Normal discharge is clear or white, and may have a slight odor but usually doesn't smell. Poor hygiene, as in other parts of the body, can be a culprit too-it's best to wash the external area w/ mild soap and water during your shower, and never douche! if the smell bothers you, see your dr.
Self-cleaning: Your vagina doesn't need much in the way of cleaning, it's designed to table care of itself. Water, a soft washcloth, & maybe some gentle soap is all you need. Too much scrubbing or harsh chemicals create more problems than they solve, & douching destroys the natural balance & protection.
Lactobacilli: Lactobacilli are the bacteria found in a health vagina. They cause the pH of the vagina to be around 3.0 to 4.5, i.e., cause it to be on the acidic side. A pH above 4.5, which can be measured with a simple test strip, typically indicates the presence of bacterial vaginosis, trichomonas, or yeast.
Wet q-tip or cloth: The material that adheres to the outer folds can be teased off with a wet q-tip or cloth. Leave the inside alone & flood the area with water to rinse away an debris. Avoid soaps that will irritate the sensitive tissues.
