Mgt and workup: I would advise using a very basic soap such as white Dove soap. Avoid all perfumed products including shampoo. The reaction may also be to cleaning products and using natural cleaning products and rinsing the tub well prior to bath time may help. I would suggest an antihistamine and evaluation. ...Read more

Hard to say: hard to say without more details! Are there any changes in the skin? Dryness? Redness? Spots or small bumps? Is there a pattern to the rash/itch spot? How long have you had the itch? Is it spreading? Has it been treated in the past? History of eczema? New soap. shampoo or detergent?
