Why Is My Toddler Constantly Itching
My toddler is recvering from 5th or 6th disease. I'm 35 weeks pregnt and suddenly have an identical rash. Mine itches & i hve no other syptms. Risks?
Toddler itches, breaks out during bath b4 any soaps/shampoo are applied. Has reacted this way in other tubs. Allergy towards something in water?
Mgt and workup: I would advise using a very basic soap such as white Dove soap. Avoid all perfumed products including shampoo. Hard to say: hard to say without more details! Are there any changes in the skin? Dryness? Redness? Spots or small bumps? Is there a pattern to the rash/itch spot? How long have you had the itch? Is it spreading? Has it been treated in the past? History of eczema? New soap. shampoo or detergent?
