Dr. Paul J. Turek answered:

Does the hiv virus infect the germ cell spermatozoa?

Likely not.

Human_immunodeficiency_virus
It is most likely that the virus may be in the white blood cells within the seminal fluid. Whether they nonspecifically adhere to the sperm as many DNA viruses do, is less clear. Regardless, many fertility programs around the world have developed ways to "wash" sperm from HIV positive men and have used it to make healthy babies.

My FSH is 51.5,testosteron 432.0.Testes looks small.Histopathology report reveals seminiferous tubules with a few spermatozoa.31years,married of 2year?

Sperm retrieval

Married
This points towards testicular failure. However, their is still some sperm production. Based on that, you can try to conceive via in vitro fertilization. Sperm will need to be retrieved from the testes and directly injected into the egg (ICSI). Good luck.

This is an ovulation question. How long does the female egg live before being fertilized by spermatozoa? What's the window

24 hours or less

Open-uri20130413-27708-1upiy2r
An oocyte can be fertilized for a maximum of 24 hours after ovulation, many believe only 10-12 hours. Technically that's not quite the same as saying 24 hours after detection of an LH surge. It's much shorter than most realize, the idea of "4-5 fertile days" is not biologically correct at all, it's a simplification for timing strategy at home.
