Need more info: This may be a matter of genetics, poor water intake, sun damage, sensitivity to detergent soaps etc. The skin especially on the back of the hand is normally thin. Skin sensitivity: is often something you are just born with. It is not something to worry about, just wear you sunscreen and keep your skin barrier protected using other moisturizers like Cerave.
