They are not smaller: The sockets around the eyes are full of fluid and fat. When you diet and lose both of those the eyes move back into the sockets looking smaller.

Why do I get small red blotches under my eyes but don't stay there all day?

Why do I get small red blotches under my eyes but don't stay there all day?

Red eyelids: The most common cause for temporary redness of the eyelids is rubbing. I urge you to try to stop touching or rubbing your eyes. If you have irritation, check with your eye doctor as to a cause for the irritation.

Maybe not used to it: If you are not used to contact lenses it might be hard to wear them at first, but it should get easier with time. Glasses are also good, but they can also take time to get used to. It is good to be able to use both. If the problems persist, see your eye doctor.

I have been seeing these squiggly lines in my eyes, they start off small and get bigger to the point where I can't see with a migraine. What is this?

See neurologist: I assume you are saying that you see these lines prior to a headache. If so that sounds like the aura of a migraine. In any case I suggest seeing a neurologist.

What to do if I have a small blind spot in my eyes is it possible that it would get larger?

Not normally: Each eye has a small blind spot located about 15 degrees outside of the center of fixation. Enlargement of the blind spot can occur with glaucoma and various diseases of the optic nerves including papilledema from increased intracranial pressure.

Pressure on eyes and when I close my eyes, look down and open eyes I get bad double vision. Is this concerning or just something small?

See ophthalmologist: Closing your eyes breaks up the binocular vision and and may bring out a drifting of the eyes called a phoria. This would give you momentary double vision. See an ophthalmologist. Glasses or eye exercises may be needed.

Check triglycerides: These could be a lot of different things, but you should have your triglycerides checked if they have not been. In patient's with very high triglycerides they can develop something called xanthelasmas. It is at least worth looking into.

Nevus: It's called conjunctival nevus or melanosis. It's most likely not on the back of sclera but on the conjunctiva which covers the sclera. It's similar to birth mark or mole on the skin. It can excised, pls consult ophthalmologist for options. These are some links: http://www. Ncbi. Nlm. Nih. Gov/pubmed/17972544 http://eyewiki. Org/Conjunctival_Melanocytic_Tumors

I have just a small mole under my eyes but it's noticeable! How to get rid of it?

Excise: Any mole, no matter what size in close proximity to the eye, usually lower lid should be surgically removed to evaluate histologically. If it turns out to be a melanoma then the corresponding parotid gland region should be watched carefully.

I have really small bumps under my eyes and on the corners of my lips, they are not painful but is there anyway to get rid of them?

I have really small bumps under my eyes and on the corners of my lips, they are not painful but is there anyway to get rid of them?

Bumps on lips & eyes: What you are describing sound like small accumulations of sebaceous material and the only way of getting rid of them is by piercing the skin and extracting them. You want to let a dermatologist or an aesthetician do this

I have a small white papules around my eyes (i think it is milia) it is persist for along time, I need a way to get rid of it (medications or so on)?

I have a small white papules around my eyes (i think it is milia) it is persist for along time, I need a way to get rid of it (medications or so on)?

Small white papules: Milia are tiny cysts that don't have an opening to the surface of the skin. The only way to get rid of them is to have your dermatologist open them with a needle or blade and scoop them out with a comedone extractor. The skin around the eyes is delicate and easily damaged, so please have your doctor take care of that.
