I don't know what is causing so much redness on my cheeks?

I don't know what is causing so much redness on my cheeks?

Cheek Redness: There may be several reasons depending on the appearance, location and duration of the redness. Especially in your age, at the top of the differential is Rosacea, or even sun damage, eczema, contact dermatitis but it may also be a more serious condition such as an autoimmune condition called Lupus. I strongly suggest consulting with a dermatologist.

What to do if I cannot use make up, foundation etc as I am a guy. What can I do to help with my redness?

Foundation & make up: There's no rule or law that says guys can't use make up or foundation to hide skin blemishes. However, before you whitewash your body, go see your Family Doc & Dermatologist to determine why your skin is red. Perhaps they can find a solution rather than a coverup.
