I: I can't diagnose you over the internet, but if you've had it for 2 years, and it's now appearing in the same spot on the other big toe, it could be irritation from rubbing because of the shape of your toe or even that your shoe size needs to be increased. While there is no real rush, mom and dad should take you to a podiatrist. There was a rash on the affected skin - like tiny blisters under the skin: her condition was disyhdrotic eczema, and it was relieved with prescription steroid cream, and keeping the feet dry. ...Read more
