Hernia...: Diastasis recti is the separation of the abdominal wall muscles above the belly button which causes a lump when intrabdominal pressure increases as when doing a sit-up. Maybe: Tough to say for sure, but your bladder is located supra-pubicly and your symptoms may be related to a bladder infection. The frequency can be a symptom. If ti persists, see you dr for a urinalysis and an evaluation, best wishes. ...Read more
