Start with eye exam: Your symptoms suggest perhaps you're having visual changes, although it may be that the headaches are primary, since pain of any kind makes life in general more difficult. What time was it?: We need more info if this was the first time, if you've eaten anything since lunch or breakfast? What is your past medical, ocular, surgical, trauma, social, sexual histories to see if it's related. If you hadn't eaten anything or were fasting, you may have been hypoglycemic. What was your BP?
