Many possibilities: There are many possibilities, but a likely one is low blood pressure and not drinking enough. If you tend to have lower blood pressure, not keeping yourself well hydrated (especially in the hot summer months) can make these symptoms worse. Probably OK: Orthostasis in the morning when first arising is not that unusual. While you are asleep, your blood pressure and heart rate drop somewhat. This can mean that for a short period you get up, less blood gets to you brain as you stand up. You're on propranolol too, which can worsen these symptoms.
