A day ago I hit my head mildly. Had no symtoms at first except for drowsiness. But today I have a nausea, and mild headache. Is this from the hitting?

Head Injury: I'm sorry. It's not easy answering a question like this, in this environment and telling you it's going to be okay. Not without more info or a chance to examine the child. It sounds like you're thinking of all the right stuff, but if you have concerns, I would suggest a trip to the er to be safe.
A month ago I fell in tub hitting my neck and head, had CT everything fine. Still having severe headaches, neck pain, nausea and vomiting. HELP ME!!
Concussion: I believe you suffered a concussion without (fortunately) abnormalities on the CT scan... Please return to your doctor for physical exam and treatment and hopefully things will stabilize over the next 6-8 weeks. These injuries take time to recover from unfortunately. All my best!See 1 more doctor answer

Today I had a headache and nausea for no reason is this weird? I hit my head on my bedpost but I seem fine
Before or after?: If the headache is after you hit the bedpost then post-traumatic headache should be considered. This is a form of secondary headache that occurs after head injury. The post-traumatic headache patient frequently have accompanying symptoms of post-traumatic syndrome and should be referred for appropriate management to a headache or orofacial painspecialist.

Hit the back of my head against a wall. 2 Days of dizziness, headaches, nausea. Dr says and scan show I'm fine? How can this be? Oh, I'm epileptic
Concussion: Greetings. Your symptoms sound like you may have sustained a concussion. I would recommend considering a Neurological evaluation and this could be obtained at a local teaching hospital where they have resident or fellow Neurology training programs. In our area it is VERY hard to get into seeing a Neurologist but if your HA, Nausea and Dizziness persist, they will see you in a teaching hospital ER.
I've had mild headaches for the past week plus very little nausea sometimes + low bp (90/60). I've hit my head 2 months ago (mild injury)? Correlation?
R/O CONCUSSION: HEAD TRAUMA from a fall, sports or MVA CAN result to in a concussion. Initial head CT may be negative. Follow up with your doctor and a neurologist. I usually recommend monthly visits for 3-4 months to evaluate for POST-CONCUSSIVE SYNDROME. If symptoms persist or worsen, a brain MRI AND MRA may be necessary. Best to rest avoid overstimulation and monitor response. Low bp ca cause HA
Yesterday, hit top of my head on a metal shelf, hard. At first felt normal, but after few hrs have headache, mild nausea, and feel foggy. Concussion?
Yes: You describe the classic symptoms for concussion. Hopefully it was a mild one and you don't get post-concussive symptoms.
Hit top of my head really hard in concrete 3 days ago, felt really weird and still feel weird, no nausea/LOC/other symptoms, can I have a concussion?
Get checked out: The symptom of feeling weird is pretty nonspecific, and while may sound benign sometimes can be a signal to something not so benign like a brain bleed. Depending on your age and your other medical problems this could be either a post-concussive symptom or a sequella of a small brain bleed. Talk to your neurologist if symptoms are persistent to see if MRI brain would be warranted in your case.

Depends: The effects of concussions can vary and be unpredictable. It depends on the severity of the injury. The symptoms can include headache, dizziness, vision change (blurred vision/ double vision), nausea/vomiting. If your symptoms or headache are severe, or if you have a loss of consciousness, you should get evaluated immediately.See 2 more doctor answers
Concussion: Sounds like a mild concussion. If you note increasing headache with visual blurring, nausea and vomiting, associated with difficulty with balance and coordination, not bad idea to see your doctor ASAP. In most cases, these events are the worst when occurs, and better over a period of time and healing. But notify your regular doctor just to be safe.
Was involved in a fender bender yesterday. Did not hit head, not knocked out. On my way home developed mild headache...later on developed nausea.?
Concussion: All that is required for a concussion is that your brain bounce around inside your skull. So if you have a significant acceleration/deceleration event you could get a concussion. If the headache and nausea resolve pretty quickly and you have no lingering symptoms past 24-48 hours then I would not be terribly concerned.
