It's a lot: Lot of sodium for one serving. If u have high blood pressure then it would be unwise. Overall I suggest getting the low sodium products or trying to avoid canned foods. Salt causes pressure to go up as water follows salt so it fills up the blood vessels and puts a strain on them which ultimately places more work on your heart as it's the generator to push blood through the vessels. ...Read more

Irritating...: That ingredient makes it a better detergent, perhaps, but also is irritating to skin, eyes. On the other hand, claims about its carcinogenic properties have not been substantiated. Companies are hyping their products as sulfate free to improve their sales. If lauryl sulfate based products are working for you and not causing irritation, I would not worry about that ingredient. ...Read more
