Why Is Endometriosis Pain Worse Morning
Is morning sickness a good sign? I have endometriosis and the last time I was pregnant the baby didn't make it into the sack.
It can be: But it generally no fun...Ultimately, I would confirm a positive pregnancy test. If you are already pregnant the endometriosis will unlikely be a detriment to the developing pregnancy. As one gets older, the risk of miscarriage goes up due to a higher likely of the pregnancy having an abnormal chromosomal makeup. I would confirm the pregnancy and contact your obgyn immediately for ultrasound.See 1 more doctor answer
I have endometriosis. Hadn't had a period since January. Recent period started April 3rd. Stopped this morning now having spotting. Should I panic?
No panic: Irregular periods are quite common. There are many ways to help you regulate your cycle. Some methods can help make endometriosis less painful. Birth control methods can be used. Consider seeing an Obgyn on Healthtap or in the office to discuss the various options and see what works for you.
I have taken primulot nor 5mg twice daily for 6 years for endometriosis. The condom broke and now I'm not sure if I should take the morning after pill?
I'm 3 weeks late on my period, negative test pack result this morning diagnosed with endometriosis in my right ovary. Any coincidence?
Anovulation: It sounds as if you're having anovulatory cycles. These are cycle where the ovary fails to release an egg. This alters hormonal levels and therefore disrupts the cycle. Discuss this with your doctor.

Complicated: A very complicated question you should talk over with a gynecologist expert in the management of endometriosis. Assuming you are the patient we are talking about (49 years old), you have very little to lose in having a hysterectomy and potentially a lot to gain. It is very dependent, however, on specifics of each case.
If your endometriosi: Is bad enough then u may need after other measures like meds and less invasive surgery has been tried, hopefully if u have to have the hyesterec then your endometriosis will be gone or markedly lessened so u can enjoy life, bad endomtriosis is not compatible with enjoying life.
Can clomaphene cause problems when I have endometriosis? Did clomaphene work or make endometriosis worse?
Talk to your doctor: Clomiphene alters hormonal balances in the body, especially of estrogen. This is how it works as an infertility drug. Endometriosis can be worsened by the presence of high levels of estrogens. Clomiphene use is relatively contraindicated in women with endometriosis. But again, you should talk to your doctor since only they know why you may still need to take the drug despite your condition.See 1 more doctor answer
Removed nuvaring for break week after skipping for 3month. Endometriosis like symptoms returned within 24hrs. Normal or getting worse? What can I do?
Your period?: Many women experience pain from endometriosis just prior to their period. When you remove the Nuvring for your break week, your body begins to prepare to have a period. It doesn't mean your endometriosis is worse, just that it is changing with your hormones as it would each month if you were not skipping the break week. You can take Ibuprofen and shorten the break week to 4 days.
Endometriosis reoccurred after 2nd surgery, dr refused 3rd surgery said would cause it to spread and become worse, I have an endometrioma, is this true?
Fertility Specialist: At this point you would likely benefit from seeing a specialist. There are different options and different concerns. Surgery is still an option but you really need to know what your goals are. I would not do anything before seeing a specialist. And yes only surgery will remove an endometrioma but not all of them need to be removed.See 1 more doctor answer
Yes: The endometrial glands that are not in the endometrial cavity ("endometriosis") bleed and shed the same time as the endometrial ones, except they're trapped where they are (in the ovary, in the abdomen, in the lung, etc) and causes pain by mass effect. Later, as that tissue gets trapped long term the body sips it up and it becomes scar tissue.See 1 more doctor answer
