Missed period: Check blood HCG and sonogram and prolactin level.In rare ectopics it may be harder to note ,though at this stage you would have other evidence of ectopic. May be fetal demise,again it is surprising that there is no other signs. Elevated prolactin will cause loss of period so check it as well.
