Migraine?: Headaches, believe or not, are rarely the sign of anything serious. Brain tumors rarely cause headache. migraines can come on at any time in your life. The brain is supported by suspensory ligaments that contain all of the actual sensory nerves inside your skull. Depends: Depends on how long it has been going on, whether other head/neck/arm symptoms, and whether it is getting worse. Likely due to a pinched nerve in the neck that gets irritated with certain neck movements. At your age, usually not arthritic. Physical therapy or chiropractic could help, but wise to be checked out first before trying anything other than some gentle neck stretching exercises. ...Read more

Serious causes of headaches are much less common BUT New onset headaches is alway of concern and may prompt ordering an MRI to be sure nothing serious is causing them.
