Wrist or neck: Carpal tunnel syndrome (pinched median nerve at wrist) occasionally can cause pain radiating into upper arm & neck. Usually pain from pinched nerve in neck can radiate all the down arm into wrist & hand. But if you think pain starts in wrist, carpal tunnel would be more likely. Could Be Many Things: If w. Fever, a # of different infectns in areas (diff parts of ear/skull or mastoid area and even spinal cord) poss related to your pain.
