It can be due to dryness if you have the room heated while asleep without any humidity. Did it stop?: Kids get nosebleeds all the time. It always looks like a lot of blood because the nasal passages are very vascular. Dry air makes the superficial vessels more likely to bleed. No reason to go to hospital for this if bleeding stopped regardless of digeorge.
