Myasthenia Gravis, live on farm. Heard pesticides:insecticides will harm/exacerbate MG. True? If so how long must I be inside my home on spray day?

Myth: Some of the chemicals used are neuromuscular junction blockers, which target the tissue component that is of course damaged in myasthenia gravis. There's dubious "scare" stuff online by charlatans and tort lawyers. If you're not actually going to ingest the chemicals, I would not be concerned. None of these have been shown to cause lasting damage to people. ...Read more

How long does in-door insecticide stay in the house after they have been sprayed? Will they breakdown and disappear?

Can a small amount of insecticide sprayed at a corner of room drift to fill the rest of the room and other parts of the house?

Likely no: When I was pregnant, my father in law sprayed some insecticide on my window sill and I was afraid for days, so I know what you're going through. Likely this small amount of insecticide isn't capable of drifting to fill the rest of room, and definitely not other parts of the house. I'm guessing that the spray stayed for the most part on the floor or carpet where it was put. Not to worry! ...Read more

I accidentally sprayed some bath & body works mist into my mouth at night instead of my moisterizing mouth spray: (Am I poisoned?

No harm, no worries: As you can imagine, such mistaken use is very common for all cosmetics, personal hygiene products, etc. In the US, it would not be legal to market them unless they were safe regardless of such mistakes.
