Why Does Oatmeal Give Me Gas
I used to be obsessed with raw oatmeal with milk. Now oats seem to give me gas and cause intestinal distress. Is it possible that these are related?
I seem to get stomach gas very fast after eating oatmeal. Why does oatmeal cause gas, and why so fast after eating it??
