Interesting question: Hypothyroidism, fibromyalgia, and chronic fatigue syndrome all share similar symptoms, such as fatigue, depression and muscle pain. I would say many patients with uncontrolled hypothyroidism could have the same symptoms as patients with fibromyalgia and cfs. They could coexist. Look for another cau: If your thyroid is functioning normally(not under active) then the cause of your tiredness is not thyroid related. Go see your doctor: I assume your ct scan & pulmonary function test were normal but that doesn't explain why you're using a bronchodilator/inhaler. How do you know your thyroid is normal?
