Yes: The flu doesn't make your testicles hurt. Why do you think you have the flu? Is it because you have a fever and ache all over? If so, that could be just due to the fever. FLU / VOMITING: Stomach flu mostly start with vomiting and ends with diarrhea. Associated symptoms: low grade fever, cold, cough. Make sure she drinks enough fluid, pedialyte for vomiting or diarrhea. Diet: bananna, rice, applesauce, chicken/soup, crackers, yogurt. Reduce milk/formula for few days, continue if nursing. Vomiting now can be from nasal congestion, if so, give Benadryl (diphenhydramine) 3 ml x2/d for 1-2 days. ...Read more

But this is not a well defined disease entity and can be a misinterpretation of something more serious. Gastroenteritis: It is not unusual to have lingering effects of gastroenteritis for several days following the acute bout. The general trend should be to continually improve, however.
