Normal after intense workouts, try backing off on the intensity and frequency and let your body heal. Could also be muscle cramps which are often due to dehydration or electrolyte problems. The : The two most common causes of pain in this are are "medial tibial stress syndrome" (shin splints) and a stress fracture. Only a doctor will be able to give you a correct diagnosis. Don't fool around with this - if it is a stress fracture you could make it a lot worse by continuing to train. Go see a podiatrist or an orthopedist before you train again.
