When i sit or lay down, my nose is stopped up with mucus when i get up to blow my nose, the mucus goes away why is that?

Unlikely: Timing is everything. I doubt your measurements are accurate because they're not physiologic. Try lying down and being still for 10 minutes and count your pulse.
