Usually: In my experience lipomas tend to be independent of weight loss most of the time since they are like isolated islands of fatty tissue, but I have seen people with prominent fatty deposits that are felt to be lipomas on exam, that get smaller with weight loss.

No.: Usually lipoma only gets bigger. "move around" would not make it smaller.

Good Question: Lipomas are abnormal fatty growths. Why don't they shrink or go away with exercise and weight loss? Unknown. The only known way to get rid of them is to excise them.

No scientific: Studies to support this phenomenon. Also, it doesn't make any sense theoretically either, because Acetaminophen has no activity against lipoma or fat cells, as far as I know. I think it is just co-incidence.
