A few possibilites: The tenderness in around the pubic bone but more often that location it is muscle pain. There could be a pubic bone injury, or even fracture. It is best to discuss this with your rheuamtologist. ...Read more

told I have weak abs/tight hamstrings and this is causing my one sided SI joint pain, and nerve pain down leg hurts more @ night. Is this possible?

Unlikely: I find that explanation very unlikely. IMO, SI joint pain is a very overused explanation as a cause for low back pain. SI joint issue will not give you radicular symptoms or pain down the leg. ...Read more
