Pain in my right shoulder muscle. I haven't damaged it or anything like that. What could this be.I have full movment in it too?
Bursitis or impinge: You could have a bursitis, or inflammation from chronic movements or pressure in a bursa in your shoulder. You also could have an impingement of your rotator cuff at the ac joint, also something that gets worse with repetitive motion. A physical exam could differentiate between those two things easily, so see your primary and have them check it out. Hope that helps! ...Read more
I have lupus n clotting issue, my legs are shooting with pain the left leg down, my uppers thigh to my hips hurt. Feels.like muscle. Do I need a dr?
When I contract my calf muscles, I feel tingling sensation in my both feet all the time. No cramps. Been to physio, no hernia or anything serious.
Neuro: Have you seen neurology? Just a thought since the tingling sensation seems to be the main issue. They may be able to direct you to neurophysiology who conduct electromyography and nerve conduction tests (unless you've already had that done?) to see if there is an abnormality in the nerves that run through/by your calf muscles. Thinking out loud. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
Need to see Dr: This could be a number of things, including spinal canal stenosis causing something called neurogenic claudication. While this is not emergent, it should be identified so that corrective treatment plans can be initiated (long term management usually). A physical exam and an MRI could tell you much more and i would recommend seeing a physiatrist or orthopedist to see what they think. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Depends on This&That: If you're not used to stretching very much or doing routine exercises then, you may simply be suffering from muscle deconditioning. May be remedied by doing daily stretching. On the other hand, other causes for muscle spasms exist having to do with metabolic or medical conditions and which could also be checked out so contact your physician for a possible appointments and maybe some lab work. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Could I have multiple sclerosis even if my MRI was normal? I have a lot of the symptoms (muscle spasm, weakness, tingling down my back and legs), but my MRI didn’t show anything. Can an MRI miss ms?
Typically not: Mri is the most sensitive test available to aid in the diagnosis of ms. While there are rare cases of MRI negative ms, the vast, vast, vast majority of patients with ms have MRI abnormalities. Having said that, given your symptoms it would be important to know if the cervical and thoracic spinal cord were imaged. If brain and spinal cord imaging negative then not likely to be ms. ...Read moreSee 4 more doctor answers

Sorry : Sorry about your condition! you problem presents several diagnostic possibilities and, understandably, diagnosis will be impossible via this forum. You don't mention a few important details that will ultimately help your doctor in diagnosing your problem: 1. How long have you had the pain? 2. Is this episode unique? Is this similar to when you've had "blood clots" in the past? 3. Have you always noticed a leg length discrepancy or is this new? 4. Have you experienced any new trauma or are you aware of anything medically new elsewhere in your history (i.e. Recent congestive heart problems, new medications, and so forth). I'd suggest you be seen soon by a primary care doctor to get this diagnosed. Good luck! ...Read more
