I : I recommend that you have a neurologic evaluation. Seeing things that aren't there could be a visual hallucination. There could be a problem with brain function. With disorders like schizophrenia, a person would be more likely to hear sounds that weren't there than to see things. ...Read more

Your circulation may be involved and more than brief soaks in hot water can alter blood pressure causing such effects. So, have a good exam and tell them about this plus anything else odd. Don't get up...: First see a doctor to rule out a serious or life threatening cause of dizziness. At young age it is likely not but would need a complete history & physical.. With an assumption that has been ruled out, this sounds like benign/peripheral vertigo in which case, bed rest x 2 days, increase hydration, and an antihistamine (meclizine), & Tylenol. Also try self Epley and Semont maneuvers for vertigo. ...Read more
