What do I do if my groin hernia keeps popping out?

What do I do if my groin hernia keeps popping out?

Push it back: You have a defect in the fibromuscular wall of your abdominal cavity. Your intestine is pushing its way into the opening and you can push it back inside. Lymph nodes "taste" the lymph everywhere for bad stuff like bacteria/viruses/cancers, etc. When it detects a problem, it alerts the immune system and your body reacts. This can be a sign of arthritis, especially if you are older or did a lot with your joints, i would watch for arthritis in the future if i were you, but right now it is likely due to the unusual thing you are doing with your leg(s). Try not to get into these kinds of habits. ...Read more
