Why does my face go numb and my lips feel like they are drawing up?

Unsure

Head-face
Hard to be sure. Hyperventilating can cause those symptoms. If the feeling is on both sides of the face, and waxes & wanes, then it is unlikely to be an evil neurological disease.

Why does my face tingle and go numb when I sleep?

Depends

Sleep
If the tingling is temporary, and relieved by positional changes, it could be a neck, jaw, or facial nerve problem. A Neurologist or Physiatrist can help. If you have had head trauma or take a lot of medications, discuss this with your prescribing doctor. Sleep Disorder may be the real concern.

Why does my face look swollen in the morning with face numbness? (goes away after 5 - 10 minutes)

Sleeping

Head-face
If you sleep on one side, fluid will collect in the lower half of your face, especially if your head is a little lower than your feet. Numbness is part of this. There are some other possibilities, but if it goes away after getting up, it's probably nothing.

Without examining you it is a little difficult to determine the cause of the numbness. Often it is due to either spasms of the jaw muscles or a neurological inflammation.
