Skin rainbow: Most likely these color changes are due to the vascular response (blood vessles) in the skin. When we are hot, the vessles dialate so more blood can flow thru and release heat to the environemnt. Its one of natures way of cooling us down. The more blood in the skin the redder it will look. Eating ANYTHING?: If it happens with only certain foods it's probably an allergy; but if it really happens after eating anything, it's not. Msg is often blamed for reactions like this, but i know of no proof, and everything you eat does not contain msg.
