Why Does My Child Vomit Every Time He Eats
Every time I give my baby who is 6 1/2 months finger food or any lumps she is vomiting loads she had salmonella about 5 weeks ago please help?
There is no hurry: It does not sound like she is ready for textures yet. Every baby is different. Keep trying the textures weekly. One day they will go down, and stay down. As a rule of thumb, if she has teeth, and she has full control of her hands and fingers then starting with cheerios, of puffs is safe. It says she has the oral motor control, and progressed with her fine motor control to be able to swallow. ...Read more

Hello : Hello I can't diagnose your condition. You may have a viral upper respiratory infection. This is suggested by fever, cough, headache and sore throat. If you temp reaches 104 or more, you should be medically evaluated or if your fevers last more than a week. You can take a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory to help reduce your fever and to help your headaches and general soreness. If you have predominantly sore throat; you should get a streph throat test. In the mean time consider gargling with warm salt water several times a day. Hydrate really well with water so that you can keep the mucus moist, so that it can be coughed out.
