Your best bet: Is to review these issues with your primary care doctor. They could be anxiety related but may also be related to another process. Perianal tingling can happen as a result of nerve root compression in the sacral spine which is slightly lower than the level you describe here. However, this may be part of a more diffuse degenerative spine/joint disease (DJD). A&E is an option but if your GP is available you might want to check with him first. Your DJD may have gotten worse so may need an exam and imaging.
