See a specialist: I would suggest you to see a rheumatologist since it can be a number of things, such as fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, etc. So you need to have a full work up done. You also have to rule out depression. ...Read more

However, the "falling asleep everywhere" is not a common problem with bipolar disorder, unless you are experiencing severe depression. Not likely.: This does not fit the typical presentation of a brain tumor. That would be headache, vision change, or even more likely, a gait disturbance. It still might be one, but highly unlikely. More likely, is something like a nerve compression, or seizure, or some other illness.
