I'm 33 and the past two months my muscles in my back hurt so bad when i wake up in the morning. Throughout the day as well if i've sat to long. Why?

If symptoms are : Persisting, consider returning to the emergency room, these types of symptoms may just be from spasms, especially if there was a recent trauma, but it could be something gynecological related, or vascular related issues, or gastrointestinal, etc...
