Sounds like milk: Sounds like milk is your problem - you may want to leave it out of your daily diet and see if the problem goes away. Add a daily calcium supplement (taken with food) daily if you need the extra calcium. Bananas, sweet potatoes in some are foods that can cause constipation. Lactaid is one : Brand name, but there are others. 16-21 oz./ day of milk & milk products is recommended. At that amount, constipation usually isn't a problem. A word about sippy cups-they keep the tongue forward in an immature suckling position.
