I'm 54 weight 168 and 5 ft 7. I recently started having shortness of breath after short exercising, very short. What should I be concerned with.?

See doctor: If your shortness of breath is truly from anemia then that means your blood level is pretty low, and you should be evaluated by a doctor and you might need a blood transfusion.
