If you have excess daytime somnolence - that is you are more tired than the average joe, wake up without feeling refreshed, could fall asleep at the drop of a hat when not stimulated.... Could be many causes: Are you getting enough restful sleep at night? Are you eating regular healthy meals and drinking enough water? How is your stress level? Tough to say: Certainly this day and age, simply being a mother, wife, girlfriend, employee, etc, can cause tiredness, and throw in dramatic weather changes and winter "dull-drums" and that may cause common lethargy. Exercise : I think we all have asked ourselves this question! Truthfully, exercise will help you wake up quickly & feel more alert afterwards.
