Could be many causes: Are you getting enough restful sleep at night? Are you eating regular healthy meals and drinking enough water? How is your stress level? Do you have other stresses- work, family, relationships, depression, etc? Do you get enough fresh air and exercise? On the other hand, if you're chronically tired, then a regular exercise program may be what you need to restore your activity and energy levels. Tough to say: Certainly this day and age, simply being a mother, wife, girlfriend, employee, etc, can cause tiredness, and throw in dramatic weather changes and winter "dull-drums" and that may cause common lethargy.
