If you've taken pregnancy test from different vendors and they're all negative then you're not pregnant.. This : This natural family planning(nfp) method also known as the rhythm method is about 70% effective. Generally speaking you can get pregnant 2 days before and 2 days after ovulation. This takes into account the fact that you really don't know 100% the exact time of ovulation, and the fact that sperm can survive inside your uterus up to 5 days maybe more.
