I'd start with the simple stuff first & if that doesn't pan out then get examined in person. Think about your deodorant, any irritating fabrics;your bra style, type, size/fit. Any activities that could have led to any muscle strains? Recent sunburn (s)or sun sensitivity? Any topicals like sunscreen or lotions? Do they get engorged certain times of month?
