Lower left leg pain. Sharp but doesn't hinder anything. No known bruising. Just above shin but it isn't on the bone so not shin splints I think?
Could be Shin splint: Shin splints are not necessarily on the bone. What happens is that the muscle belly gets pulled from the bone, but the pain can be palpated on the muscle itself.
