Overall, fiber supplements have many health benefits, and are definitely recommended for ongoing use.
They help.: Guidelines suggest 35 grams of fiber daily for women, 50 grams for men. That's a lot of fiber. Tablets can help, you reach these goals, but should not supplant normal dietary sources of fiber.

However my recommendation is to continue to entice her with small servings of different types of greens and fruits, prepared in different manners, taken together with things she may like. Most kids refuse veggies due to their texture, but I have not met many children who rebuff everything under the sun. Persistence!
