People who want to get drunk often enough so that they are concerned about the downside to want to eliminate the downside rather than the drunk, are people with alcohol problems. Don't understand ?: Were you hoping to have hangovers?? If not, exercise away. However, most people don't find being intoxicated goes along well with exercise, and alcohol may reduce muscle strength. If you are drinking regularly and routinely getting hangovers, you are drinking too much. You need to consider cutting down and perhaps discussing your drinking with a counselor.
