If you have any chest pain, shortness of breath, or palpitations you would have to be seen immediately. Pain could also be coming from the spinal cord (cervical spine) and radiating down your arm. It's good: It's good to not have torn or otherwise diseased soft tissues of your upper arm. I'm assuming you had an MRI or ultrasound, because those are the tests that visualize soft tissue.
Tendoniditis. That can often be helped by exercise, manual therapy, activity modification.
