Neuroma: Would be the leading diagnosis. This is the equivlent of a pinched nerve between the toes most commonly between the 3rd and 4th toes. You can ice the bottom of the forefoot, take antiinflammatories and make sure to wer shoes that aren;t tight. Numb toes: I wouldn't call that normal. You may be wearing shoes that are too tight causing the nerves in your toes to be compressed. The numbness goes away after being out of the shoes over night. I would recommend possibly finding a different type of shoe with a wider toe box. If this doesn't help, i would suggest evaluation by a podiatrist. ...Read more
