Morton's neuroma: This is probably pinching of the nerve between the third and fourth metatarsals. Orthotics with a metatarsal pad can be of benefit. These can be made for high heels. Raynoud's?: If it was just the toe, i would think microtrauma from shoes causing some nerve issues. But, given that it is happening on the hand, it could be more vascular/rheumatologic. It sounds similar to raynoud's. See if warmth helps as a starter and see your primary doctor or podiatrist. ...Read more
