Why Do My Ribs Hurt When I Stretch
When I stretch, my spine and ribs hurt as if they we're moving around. I'm pretty healthy but I'm somewhat out of shape. Could my bones be out of place?

Not enough info: You did not say if you hurt yourself or had an injury and how long it has been bothering you also if you have difficulty breathing or not lot of time it can be a pulled muscle or inflammation that will resolve in time but it can be serious too. See your physician: The causes of right sided pain are many. In upper abdomen, gall bladder, liver, stomach, small bowel, large bowel, and kidney can all contribute. Appendix symptoms are usually in the right lower quadrant of abdomen. Patient should see physician for physical exam and possibly testing. Hi, I fell today flat on my front and now if I bend over or reach for something my ribs hurt. Should I get it checked?
Rib/chest xray: I would check with your doctor and consider getting rib and chest xray to check for a cracked rib and to be sure there is no lung abnormality. Assuming tests are negative then would apply ice and take some medication for pain relief such as tylenol (acetaminophen) or ibuprofen. Avoid activity that makes it hurt until it heals.
