If this is correct, bleeding is normal, and they should have warned you about it. But now, at 2 days, there shouldn't be any new blood. Several things!: Could be activity related-what did you the day or two before. Are shoes supportive and good fit. If the pain does last for more than a few days, it may represent arthritis.
