Could be RLS: Consider restless leg syndrome, which feels like uncomfortable sensations in the legs when sitting or more likely when lying down or relaxing, worse at night and usually gone in the morning. Alcohol worsens RLS and pl md, periodically movement disorder. This is not at all uncommon. Your best bet would be to stop drinking. If you are alcohol addicted however please get into an alcohol treatment program that is monitored by a physician. Please see the very informative website below.

It is possible that this is something called periodic limb movement disorder which is a correlate to restless legs syndrome but can occur without RLS which is an irresistible urge to move the legs while awake. Gout does not generally give symptoms like that. Sounds like you have another problem. You didn't elaborate, but you may have cramps or restless legs syndrome or another entity. Your uric acid level is mildly elevated. It is associated with gout but certainly not causative.
