Aches n' pains: Depending on your activities, work, your body may hurt. It could be that you are developing arthritis, or another condition. Diet;Exercise: It is not unusual to gain weight after you stop smoking.You need to consult a nutritionist to start low calorie diet, including vegetables, salad, low in carbs especially simple sugars, stop sodas;juices, inclde whole grains etc. And get into an exercise program at least times a week the key is proper diet and exercise. Go slow with exercise and get checked by your doctor about leg pain before exercise.

Common: After shaving and at bedtime it is commonto have this issue. Sensitive sarna at the drug store can help with this. Drink lots of water to stay hydrated as well as use moisturizing hydrating lcreams. See your edspa doctor for any recommendations of products specifically helpful for your particular skin. Many patients get red and itchy after hot showers as well and should also use the sarna.

Bruise: May be AVM that fills during day due to gravity and when you lie down at night, there is no gravity so it disappears. Does it disappear if you lie down during the day? F/u wiht doctor urgent care

Hypnic Jerk?: This sounds like a hypnic jerk which is a common involuntary muscle spasm that happens as one is falling asleep. A hypnic jerk is not harmful. Cosult your doctor if they are happening at other times in the night.

May be no from meds: May be it is not related to your cholesterol meds and there may be another cause for it you need a comrehensive exam and blood test to find the cause meanwhile ask your doctor if it is ok to stop the statins he/she has prescrbed to see if there is any relationship with statins and your leg pains.

Restless leg: You may have Restless Leg Syndrome. It can be treated with medication. If you notice that moving your legs relieve the feeling or it gets better when you get up and move around. You most likely have this problem. Most people notice the feeling starts in the evenings when they are trying to res or sleep. You should see your health care provider.
