Extreme lower leg pain, almost like my bones are hurting, after running barely 30 min? Not sure what's wrong im a little overweight
During workout while running the inside part between ankle and knee part of my leg hurts. After running the inner part will be sore for 2-3 days.
Shin Splints: Shin splints are a common overuse injury seen in runners. Pain is usually present on the medial (inner) part of the shin, is worse with exercise, and improves with rest. I was running and wore a pair of cotton yoga pants that had a hole in the thigh area. After running for 40 minutes, it rubbed my leg raw. The sore is uncomfortable on the inner thigh. How to care for the wound? I have skin allergies with bandages.
You may get antibiotic ointment like Neosporin, available over the counter and apply to the raw area. It is okay to leave it uncovered, or you may cover it, after applying the ointment, with sterile gauze and secure it with hypoallergenic tape.
Keep up the exercise.
